The Vestorly Salesforce Integration will import and export your contacts or leads from Vestorly and Salesforce.
Vestorly provides two methods to import and export:
The automatic import/export will bi-laterally sync Vestorly and Salesforce contacts and/or leads. Emails Addresses (contacts or leads) added to Vestorly will be synced to Salesforce, and vise versa. All of your contacts and/or leads will be imported to Vestorly. If you don’t want to import ALL of your contacts and/or leads, then you will need to Import using Salesforce Campaigns or select the Import from Owner checkbox.
The one-time import/export will add all of your contacts and/or leads to Vestorly and Salesforce but will not keep the systems synced. New contacts added to Vestorly or Salesforce will not be automatically added to the other system.
PLEASE NOTE: Vestorly will import ALL of your contacts and/or leads to Vestorly. If you do not want to import ALL of your contacts and/or leads, then you will need to Import using Salesforce Campaigns or select the Import from Owner checkbox. To import using Salesforce Campaigns please follow this page. The Import from Owner option will only import the contacts and/or leads that are assigned to the Salesforce account as an Owner in Salesforce.
Custom Fields: This is a setting that will add Vestorly Custom Fields to your Contacts and/or Leads in Salesforce. For information on how to setup custom fields, pleases see this resource: How to Add Vestorly Data to Custom Fields in Salesforce. Please note that in order to setup Vestorly Custom Fields, you must have System Administrator level access.
