Resolve a Social Media Error

If you receive an email from Vestorly alerting you that there was an error publishing a social media post, then you need to reconnect your social media credentials. This might happen because your social media password expired, was changed, or the social media channel requires reconnection for security purposes. Re-connect your account to publish your post successfully.

 

  1. Click the settings gear icon in the top right and choose your name from the top of the list.
  2. Scroll down the settings page to the Social Accounts section.

  4. Then connect and re-submit your social media credentials.
